On The Beat – The Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art

On The Beat is an arts & entertainment program produced at Time Warner Cable’s studios in Staten Island, NY. The half hour episodes feature celebrity interviews, performances, local events, and more! The show’s first run is the first Thursday of every month. All episodes can be viewed on local On Demand Channel 1111 in the Around NY category.

    A fabulous place to visit. The museum is awesome, one of my favorite things is the real sand mandala. The grounds are beautiful. They have a koi pond too!
