I have never been so much interested in this one if my best friend did not tell me the beauty of this sport. IT does not only relieve stress but it builds the person in you. It allows you to learn about patience. It tells you to stay longer whether its on a hot or cold temperature. It gives you the feeling of wanting to endure for a specific purpose. Imagine just staying inside your room, playing computer games whole day. Outdoors is much better than keeping you indoors right?
