Stress is an overused word nowadays. The world moves at a very fast pace. A long days work is not only physically draining. It is also mentally, socially and emotionally very tiring. Things seem to be exponential.
So why dont you try relaxing at a bay? Here, the sight of the waters and the sunset can definitely bring you back to harmony. The simple experience of opening the curtains for bay windows can be very heart warming. Sometimes, treating yourself is important as it gives you more appreciation of your everyday tasks. A view of an ocean can make anybody release tension, sadness, stress and other worries of the heart and mind.
