How Journalling Your Workouts Changes Lives

Most women who start a fitness program have a goal of looking better and losing weight. However, while that is probably one of your goals, its surprisingly not that motivating… what you need is root issues. These health issues are things like happiness, joint point, back pain, and you can even track your sex life.

When you see that your weight training for women programs are consistently making things like this better then you are definitely going to stick doing them for the real long term. Just imagine having all of your back pain disappear because of your fitness regimen, why would you ever stop working out if that were the case? The same goes with your diet too and the key to making this all happen is with a journal that use at least three days a week.
