Tibetan Refugee Part One

Posted on May 11th, 2010 by admin

DVD is available at tibetdoc.com Recent refugees who escaped Chinese torture in Tibet and arrived in Dharamsala, India to an uncertain future. In light of the recent events in Tibet I’ve decided to post the entire documentary I shot in India about Tibetan refugees who had just escaped from Chinese torture in Tibet. It’s available at Netflix, and other online areas, but it’s more important that the words of these eyewitnesses is put into the public airspace. Tibetans have been tortured, beaten and jailed since the Chinese invaded their country, I have footage of a doctor who left because he could no longer sterilize Tibetan woman in good conscience. Most of these interviews are children or monks – their stories are heartbreaking. You can view the film for free at http://worldtv.com/tibetanrefugee

I also feature HH The Dalai Lama, Robert Thurman, Grammy winner Yungchen Llamo, the Nechung Monks, the State oracle of Tibet, the 17th Karmapa and others. I couldn’t put the entire hour long movie at one time, but it’s in 5 edited clips of ten minutes each on youtube, and the other clips will soon appear. Long live the great Tibetan culture and people, and please pray for Tibet.

How long do most Tibetans live?

Posted on May 8th, 2010 by admin

I am really interested in the culture of buddhist Tibetans of China, they seem like really healthy people. I was wondering do any of you know how long they usually live.

During the 80s, Tibetians average life span was 50, the lowest among all ethnic groups in China.

I dont know if it was because of the high mountain climate, the food they ate or the life style they lived in. I have heard that they bathe only 3 times in their life. probably hygene was one of the reasons.

To prolong their life span, they should change their food, be more hygenic and receive more education by going to school so to increase their knowledge for a healthy life style.

How are human rights violated in China involving Tibetans?

Posted on May 7th, 2010 by admin

I’m not too sure, but how are Tibetans’ human rights violated in China? If someone could post a link about it, I’d be grateful.

google for keyword "CIA Tibet", you’ll know the whole Tibetan thing was a CIA conspiracy to destabilize China. All the mass media here are acting as brainwashing tools to program drones to think exactly what the government wants them to think.
