  8. ramaraksha01 Says:

    Hell is a vile, …
is a vile, abusive, disgusting concept. God buys love & loyalty with torture? A Gandhi, Teresa, Mandela would never think of torturing their enemies, whereas a Saddam, Hitler, Stalin would. This is the company that God keeps? Karma & Rebirth is the better, non-violent way. You are not punished, nor are you simply forgiven because you groveled enough. The most important aspect of Karma is that you are held accountable for your actions, you are reborn, given another chance to make amends.

If you are used to …
If you are used to Sanskrit as it is chanted in India or in Hinduism, you will be aware of a huge difference in how it is chanted in Buddhism. It has more to do with “tune” and cadence and, of course, accent of people doing the chanting.

Hi, gk10002000. It is definitely Sanskrit, but I believe the people chanting it are Chinese, so there is an accent.

  17. gk10002000 Says:

I do not think it …
I do not think it is Sanskrit. Sanskirt is not this “smooth” in meter. It sounds like a Thai dialect. Might be somewhere in between, maybe Burmese. The drum is Indian, the other instrument sounds like a Chinese Erhu.

  18. gk10002000 Says:
